Refunds & Returns

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. The email will indicate whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. The entire process may take up to 24 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Under other circumstances, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

If you need to exchange your item for the same product:

  1. Email us at sales@beemax.us.
  2. Send your item to the following address:

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Tracking and Insurance

  • For items over $20, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
